Lewtan is the leading provider of workflow solutions to the global asset securitization industry. Lewtan brought in Fantail when their Salesforce implementation experience did not meet expectations. Lewtan has 110 users split across Sales, Service, Finance, Marketing, Executive Management groups.
Fantail advised and trained the Executive Management group on use of Chatter and Dashboards, and best practices around Chatter. Fantail conducted two group training sessions for the power users on all aspects of Salesforce including Chatter, and a special focus on Report building. This engagement also entailed building complex Reports using Analytical Snapshots, custom objects and dashboards using Visual Force, building work flow rules, and data conversion.
