National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) engaged Fantail to redeploy a previously unsuccessful Salesforce implementation. Fantail was engaged for its domain expertise and technical abilities in Salesforce and several other related technologies.
The NAB project consisted of building the system from scratch, data cleansing and migration, data import from an external system, and integrations with two external systems. The system requirements called for building complex lead capture forms and workflow automation and alerts as the leads graduated from capture to Opportunity closure.
Reports and Dashboards were key needs for management. Fantail designed and built comprehensive and detailed dashboards to give a powerful insight into the NAB sales pipeline.
